Eleven Vietnamese Universities Rank Among QS’s Top Asian Universities in 2022

Eleven Vietnamese universities have been listed in the 2022 QS Asian University Rankings, produced by the Quacquarelli Symonds higher education marketing company in the UK. Several Vietnamese universities have improved their rankings year to year and DTU rose from the 351-400 group to 210th.

DTU Journal of Science & Technology Recognized for Professor Title Points in Two Additional Fields

The State Council of Professorial Titles announced its 2021 list of accepted scientific journals, with the DTU Journal of Science & Technology now being recognized in two additional fields which can now be counted to accumulate extra publication points. These are Chemistry & Food Technology, and Construction & Architecture, worth from zero to 0.25 points each.

DTU Student Wins Second prize at the Korean Language Contest

Two DTU students won second prizes at the "Speaking Korean to celebrate Hangul Day" contest, organized by the Consulate General of South Korea in Danang. Students competed from several local universities, including the University of Foreign Languages in Danang; the Vietnam-Korea Information and Communication Technology University of the University of Danang; the University of Foreign Languages of Hue University; DTU and Dong A University.
DTU Responds to the 2021 United Nations Climate Summit

The 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26) opened in Glasgow in the UK on October 31 and was attended by 100 world leaders. The Conference reviewed the progress made on commitments made in the Paris Agreement to limit global warming by implementing measures to combat climate change.

The 2021 rankings only included institutions in countries classified by the London Stock Exchange’s FTSE Group as “advanced emerging”, “secondary emerging” or “frontier”. However, different criteria have been applied to reflect university development priorities universities in emerging economies.
